Join with us and enjoy the fun of water sports
Paddle Board Yoga and SUP Lesson
Enjoy a morning out on the water in tranquility with Yoga Teacher Rosalie Mattiola (@rofloyoga) and Burton Outdoor Adventures
- No experience necessary in paddle boarding or in yoga. *Small children and anyone with baseline balance or walking problems are encouraged to join in the adventure but watch from shoreline with appropriate supervision.
- You will likely get wet! Therefore, please bring as little as possible onto your board. Come prepared with pre-applied sun protection, pre-departure hydration, and an after-class towel. There will be an area for you to safely leave your valuables inside the locked office if you prefer to not leave them in your car. It is highly discouraged to bring any valuables onto your board, though you may do so at your own risk.

We have several locations for you to choose. Please note, Shady Grove has access for camp ground visitors only. E-foiling lessons are located at Mary Alice Park or Flowery Branch only.

Burton's outdoor adventures exceeded all our expectations! My boyfriend and I had the time of our lives kayaking with them. Jason was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. We can't wait to go for more adventures and highly recommend this establishment to everyone seeking a thrilling outdoor experience! Five stars all the way!
Burton Outdoors is a great place to rent a kayak or paddle board. They also have e-foils and give lessons. Jason - dropped us off right at the lake and came back and picked us up two hours later - exactly as he said. Well run operation, friendly staff, and a fun time. What more could you ask for.

Having been my first time on a kayak and renting one, I had a great experience from beginning to end! Process was smooth. Luis and everyone were really helpful and informative on kayak handling! Daniel's park is a really cool area to hang out.
